Lunch We have a Hot Lunch Program that is volunteer led and operated by the RES Home & School Committee. he first cycle of the school year will begin approximately two weeks after school begins. Watch the RES Families Facebook page: Rothesay Elementary – RES Home and School for announcements on future cycles and notifications will be in the weekly Rocky Report. Once orders close, they cannot be placed again until the next cycle. There will be no exceptions. Please note that when school is cancelled due to inclement weather there will be no refunds issued for hot lunch orders. If you need financial assistance with hot lunch or would like to help sponsor lunches for those who do, you can contact our Community Schools Coordinator, Melanie Koteff Backman at Melanie.KoteffBackman@nbed.nb.ca. How to Register: Everyone needs to register, even if you had an account last year, as the system resets each year. Go to rothesay.hotlunches.net Click the “REGISTER” menu at the top right-hand corner to sign up. Our school code is REHL. Enter your name, email address and phone number, then a user id that you will use for access to the hot lunch website. Enter a password and then enter it again to verify that it is correct. Once registered, you will be logged into the website. Please add your students by clicking on the “STUDENTS” button or the “PROFILE” menu tab in order to proceed. Once your students have been added to the system you will be able to place lunch orders immediately by clicking the “Order” button under each child’s name.
